Pastors rarely take time away from the persistent demands that ministry can make. Our coaches want to give you a time of rest and rejuvenation. Come relax on the beautiful Cental Coast of California and allow us to spend time encouraging you and building you up with individual coaching. Bring your spouse and receive coaching for the both of you. Our desire is to encourage and send you off recharged and ready for ministry.
Group or Staff Retreat
One of the most complicated work environments can be within the church structure. With a mixture of personal, professional, and spiritual, the relationships between fellow co-workers can be difficult. Different personalities, ministry priorities, and personal growth can often times make the workplace seem like a business and less like a church. Seminary does not prepare pastors for the job of developing the staff team around them.
Our role is to come alongside church pastors and help them build a more cohesive, team-like environment with the church staff. We can help you find the strengths and weaknesses within each person and help determine the best ways you can encourage and build up your team. We want to see churches operating at their best and to create a loving and encouraging work environment. Let us give you an outside view of your church's work environment and help you build up the team God has given you.
Marriage Retreat
Vintage is located in the beautiful central coast of California and is surrounded by beaches, rolling hills, vineyards, and so much more. It's the perfect relaxing getaway to learn the tools your husband or wife needs to live in the center of his or her gospel identity. This weekend is not about learning 5 ways to love your spouse more, it's about finding how much God loves you and learning to live in that love. Only when you embrace the gospel in your life will you be able to love and encourage your spouse to live in that light as well. We have accomodations for two so you will not need to find a hotel. If you are ready to stop trying to change each other and learn to love the person God created each of you to be, then let us help you get there.
